How to Order
About returns/exchanges/refunds
In the case of defective products, our workshop will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
*Limited to unused items only.
*Ordered items cannot be returned.
Refunds will be transferred to the customer's account after the product arrives.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee (round-trip shipping fee) for items other than defective items.
Please note that we do not exchange items with your name on them, even if they are unused, unless they are defective.
About delivery date and shipping fee
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
Shipping is free with the purchase of knives.
Other products are free shipping for purchases of 10,800 yen (tax included) or more.
"Name engraving" will be sent out within 14 business days as it is requested by a professional engraver.
We will contact you as soon as your name is ready. Once payment is confirmed, we will add your name.
If there is no stock, it will be shipped in about 1 to 3 months.
*We will notify you of the delivery date each time.
Cancellation
Cancellations cannot be accepted after the name has been entered.
*It is possible as long as it is before the name is engraved. Please contact us.
If the product has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping charges.
