◯About Our Workshop

As the manufacturer, we make full use of our long-cultivated skills and experience.

With the flexibility only a true maker can provide, we respond to customer requests and carefully complete each step of the process.

A Japanese knife, if properly maintained, can last for over 100 years — even in everyday household use.

It can be passed down from parent to child, and from child to grandchild, carrying its sharpness and value across generations.

Delivering a knife that can be cherished as a “lifetime tool” is our mission.

We hope our knife will be more than just a tool — a true partner in your culinary journey.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

“The knives I create are not just tools — they are a reflection of my soul as a craftsman.”

— Makoto Tadokoro, Master Knife Craftsman
