■About product sales
◎Product delivery time (if in stock)
-If you pay in advance, we will ship within 7 days after payment is confirmed.
・In the case of deferred payment, the item will be shipped within 7 days after the order is confirmed.
・If you wish to have your name engraved on the knife, it will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days.

*Due to the work being done by hand and by a small number of people, if the delivery will be delayed from the above, we will contact you in advance by email or phone.

◎About out-of-stock items and delivery of custom-made items
・We will inform you of the details of the delivery date by email or telephone.
*Due to handwork, the average delivery time is 30 to 60 days.
*Depending on the product, it may take more than 60 days to be delivered.
*In any case, if the item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone of the expected delivery date.
*For custom-made products, credit card payments are not possible.

■About delivery method
・Delivery processing (major shipping company/post office).
*Delivery date and time can be specified.

■About returns
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
*Shipping costs will be covered by our company.
- If the customer wishes to return the product, which is not defective, please return it to us within 7 days after receiving the product.
*Customers are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
-Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the product, so please let us know your bank account.
*If paying by credit card, it may take up to two months for the refund to be refunded depending on the card used, so please contact your credit card company to confirm.
・However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases.

 Product with your name on the knife
Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
  Products that have lost their product labels at the time of delivery

■About payment method and payment period
You can use the following payment methods.
◎Bank transfer (prepayment)
・We will ship the product after confirming your payment.

*If the payment is not confirmed within 5 days after confirming your order, it will be cancelled.
◎Cash on delivery
・Please pay the product price when the product is delivered.
-Cash on delivery fees are borne by our company.
*We will ship the item after your order is confirmed.
*For the number of days, please see About Product Sales.
*Credit cards (VISA, MASTER, DC, JCB) can be used when purchasing at the workshop.
*Card payments via Yamato are not available for overseas shipments.
Card payments will not be accepted for estimates and price-variable products, except for maintenance and other product sales.
